Asbestos &
MESOTHELIOMA

Let’s place the burden back on asbestos manufacturers

Your time is precious

We represent victims of mesothelioma and their families.

Most people who develop mesothelioma were exposed to asbestos while working on the job.  Some of the highest risk professions include plumbing, insulating, and bricklaying. Victims of mesothelioma may have legal rights against the manufacturers of asbestos.

You may be entitled to compensation.

Asbestos is toxic to the body and can cause permanent, irreversible damage. Although the laws attempt to restore victims to their previous health condition, this is not always possible with people diagnosed with mesothelioma. Therefore, the goal now is to compensate the families of the victim and to pay for the health care needed to live comfortably and as long as possible.

What is Mesothelioma

Mesothelioma is a rare and aggressive cancer that has been proven to be caused by exposure to asbestos.

Mesothelioma begins as tiny nodules on the lining of the lungs or abdomen. This cancer doesn’t usually cause symptoms until 20 to 50 years after exposure to asbestos.

It does not produce symptoms until much later in the disease process, it is difficult to diagnose until the cancer has reached stage 3 or stage 4.

However, early-stage mesothelioma can produce enough pleural fluid around the lungs to cause shortness of breath or cough.

Pleural Mesothelioma

In the early stages of Mesothelioma, there may be enough pleural liquid in the lining of the lungs to cause symptoms such as shortness of breath and coughing. If your job or industry involves working near asbestos, you may be at risk of developing Mesothelioma Cancer.
