On August 14, 2014, my client was a driving a motorcycle in Kane County. The Defendant
was traveling behind my client on a motorcycle, and somehow his front tire made contact with my client’s rear tire, sending my client tumbling down the highway. My client spent several weeks in patient with serious injuries to his back and legs. He lost his job due to the rehabilitation time. He has made a good recovery. A judgment for $1,000,000 was awarded for his economic and non-economic damages as a result of the crash.
